Role Overview
The HR Executive will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth HR operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes

• Organize onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Maintain HR records and employee files

• Support training initiatives and employee engagement activities

• Assist in payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field

• 2–3 years’ HR experience, preferably in hospitality

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of Oman labor laws preferred

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
