You will be the first and last impression for our guests, requiring a warm, professional presence and efficient administrative skills.
**Key Responsibilities (Front Office Agent):**
* Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive guest experience.
* Manage the hotel switchboard and direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
* Handle guest requests, complaints, and billing issues promptly and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities (Reservation Agent):**
* Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online systems.
* Maintain accurate records of all bookings and cancellations using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
* Maximize hotel occupancy and revenue by upselling accommodation packages and services.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* **Preferably with prior hotel experience** in a Front Office or Reservations capacity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
* Strong organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
* A professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
