Job Overview: The Front Office Manager will lead all front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences while maintaining the highest service standards. This role involves managing the front office team, optimising workflow, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge.
Oversee check-in, check-out, and guest service operations.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor reservations and room allocations.
Train and mentor team members to enhance service quality.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred.
5+ years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
