🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day F&B operations across outlets

• Develop and implement service and quality standards

• Drive guest satisfaction and exceed customer expectations

• Optimize budgets, food cost, and profitability

• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu innovation

• Train, mentor, and lead F&B staff to excellence

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs

🔹 Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing F&B operations within upscale hotels or restaurants

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Solid financial acumen and understanding of cost controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and team development
