𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – Ramla Bay Resort, Malta

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿: 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 is looking for a capable, committed, and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a multi-outlet operation across our expanding 600-room resort.
With a mix of signature restaurants, beachside bars, and full conference and banqueting facilities, this is a high-impact role suited to someone with large-scale hospitality experience, who’s ready to take ownership across a complex and evolving F&B landscape.
Several outlets are already established, while others are still in their startup and development stage, offering the chance to help shape operations, service culture, and guest experience from the ground up.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
Proven F&B leadership across multi-outlet hotel or resort operations
A structured, reliable approach with high attention to service quality
Leadership that builds motivated, engaged, and service-ready teams
A sharp focus on delivering consistent, guest-centred experiences
The ability to balance daily operations with long-term development

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Currently residing in Malta
– Minimum 5 years in a senior F&B management role within a large hotel or resort
– Strong leadership, guest focus, and financial acumen
– Experience launching or developing outlets is an advantage
