Job Overview: Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is looking for an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to deliver world-class dining experiences. You will provide attentive service, detailed menu knowledge, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable meal in our restaurants or event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus with confidence.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas.

• Support in setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing (wine service is a plus).

• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
