Job Overview: Join the iconic Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel as an F&B Service Expert (Bartender) and be part of a vibrant team delivering exceptional beverage experiences to guests from around the world. You will craft signature drinks, provide engaging guest service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere at our bars.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes.

• Engage with guests, offering drink recommendations and upselling premium selections.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines in line with Qatar regulations.

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

• Collaborate with the F&B team to support events, functions, and special promotions.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel or upscale venue preferred.

• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

• Positive, energetic personality with a guest-first mindset.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
