We are currently hiring for the following Culinary leadership roles:

Executive Sous Chef

As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be the second-in-command in our kitchens, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations. You will be responsible for menu innovation, daily kitchen management, and ensuring world-class food quality that reflects Rosewood’s ultra-luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading and managing the entire culinary team.

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets.

  • Drive menu development, creativity, and consistent culinary excellence.

  • Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Train, mentor, and inspire culinary associates to excel in their craft.

  • Collaborate with F&B and Rooms Division for seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels and resorts.

  • Strong leadership and kitchen management background.

  • Pre-opening experience highly desirable.

  • Passion for culinary innovation with strong organizational skills.

Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine will lead one of Rosewood AMAALA’s signature dining venues, taking ownership of kitchen operations, menu creation, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a dynamic chef with a deep culinary background and the ability to showcase creativity while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the kitchen operations of a specific outlet.

  • Develop menus and signature dishes aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning.

  • Manage procurement, cost control, and quality assurance.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the outlet kitchen team.

  • Ensure compliance with Rosewood brand standards and Red Sea Global guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.

  • Expertise in fine dining and luxury hotel kitchens.

  • Strong menu development and cost management skills.

  • Team leadership and training experience.

  • Pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
