Job Overview: The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction across all departments. This role is responsible for managing emergencies, resolving guest concerns, and supporting operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise hotel operations in the absence of senior management.

Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor staff performance and adherence to service standards.

Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed.

Handle VIP and special guest arrangements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred.

3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
