Job Overview: The Director of Culinary will oversee all kitchen operations at St. Regis Riyadh, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role is responsible for menu innovation, team leadership, and maintaining cost efficiency while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead culinary teams across all outlets and banquets.
Develop seasonal menus and signature dishes.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen budgets and inventory control.
Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Background in luxury hotels or fine dining.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.
