About the Role: Richmond Engineering & Management seeks a Design Manager to lead the design phase of large-scale engineering projects in NEOM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project design activities and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Review and approve design deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Architecture.

• 12+ years of design management experience.

• SCE membership.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
