Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present all pastries, desserts, and confectionery items in accordance with the Head Pastry Chef’s specifications.
* Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation for all dessert items.
* Assist in managing inventory, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the Pastry section at all times.
* Support the overall kitchen team during peak service periods.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* **Preferably with hotel experience** in a high-volume kitchen.
* Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or equivalent role specializing in Pastry.
* A strong passion for baking, attention to detail, and creative flair for presentation.
* Formal culinary education/certification is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredient properties, and allergen management.
