Cluster Food & Beverages Manager

Cluster Food & Beverages Manager Objective: Lead and elevate the culinary and service experience across multiple hotel locations, ensuring top-tier quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all food & beverage operations within the hotel cluster.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead cost control initiatives and manage departmental budgets.
  • Foster supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for food and beverage procurement.
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Coordinate with hotel management to align F&B goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven track record in managing F&B operations across multiple venues.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

 

Cluster Senior Sales Manager

Objective:
Drive strategic sales initiatives and build strong client relationships to grow revenue across hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans that align with hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate business leads.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate and leisure clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns and packages.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to fine-tune strategies.
  • Deliver insightful sales reports and projections to leadership.
  • Motivate and guide sales teams across multiple properties for peak performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Extensive experience in sales management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours across locations.
