Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of structural projects.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant engineering codes, health, and safety regulations.

• Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain timelines and quality.

• Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver flawless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury property or hospitality projects.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
