Beverage Manager – Rosewood AMAALA: Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, is inviting passionate beverage professionals to join its pre-opening team. This is a unique opportunity to craft beverage programs for one of the world’s most ambitious luxury hospitality projects.

Role Overview

The Beverage Manager will design, implement, and manage all beverage programs across the resort’s restaurants, lounges, and bars. The role requires creativity, strong product knowledge, and the ability to deliver memorable beverage experiences aligned with Rosewood’s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop world-class wine, cocktail, and beverage menus.
Train and mentor service teams on beverage knowledge and presentation.
Manage supplier relationships and oversee purchasing and inventory.
Monitor beverage cost controls and ensure profitability.
Create signature experiences through innovative beverage pairings.
Maintain compliance with Rosewood and Red Sea Global luxury standards.

Requirements

6+ years of beverage management in luxury hotels or fine dining.
Sommelier or mixology certifications preferred.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
