Key Responsibilities:

As Bar Supervisor/Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and team management

• Lead, motivate, and train the bar team to deliver world-class service

• Create and update cocktail menus and recipes in collaboration with the F&B Manager

• Maintain inventory, ordering, and stock control procedures

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the bar

• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations

• Engage with guests and handle feedback professionally

• Manage bar budgets, cost control, and minimize wastage

• Organize bar events, promotions, and activations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in a high-volume or premium venue

• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage trends

• Leadership and team development skills

• High attention to detail and operational excellence

• Guest-oriented with a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences

• Must be currently based in Dubai

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
