Al Reem Hotel is seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Conference & Banquet Operations Manager to lead our events and banqueting team.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire banquet and conference operations — from planning and execution to guest satisfaction. Your goal will be to ensure that every event is delivered with precision, creativity, and exceptional service.

You will lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality food & beverage experiences that align with the hotel’s standards of excellence. If you have a passion for hospitality and a drive to elevate event experiences, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of conference and banquet events.

  • Supervise and motivate banquet staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards.

  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls for banquet operations.

  • Plan and execute corporate meetings, weddings, and social events efficiently.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Conference or Banquet Operations Manager role.

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong understanding of event logistics, setup, and service flow.

  • Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
