In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire banquet and conference operations — from planning and execution to guest satisfaction. Your goal will be to ensure that every event is delivered with precision, creativity, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of conference and banquet events.
Supervise and motivate banquet staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards.
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls for banquet operations.
Plan and execute corporate meetings, weddings, and social events efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Conference or Banquet Operations Manager role.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of event logistics, setup, and service flow.
Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
