We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our professional team at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Waterfront. In this role, you’ll support the F&B Manager in ensuring seamless operations, outstanding service quality, and memorable dining experiences across all outlets and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support the F&B Manager in daily operations across restaurants, lounges, and banquets.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to consistently deliver top-tier service.
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Oversee cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with culinary and events teams to plan and execute promotions and special events.
Uphold hotel standards and ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management within a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
