What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and support the daily food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
Be a floor-focused leader, engaging with guests and motivating your service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
Work closely with the F&B Manager to drive service standards, revenue goals, and team performance.
Ensure seamless coordination between culinary, service, and bar teams.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of F&B team members.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where needed.
Oversee hygiene, safety, and compliance in line with local regulations and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage leadership roles within upscale or luxury hotels.
Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
A hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
Passion for modern hospitality, innovation, and luxury service delivery.
Proficiency in POS systems, F&B cost control, and operational reporting.
