Role Overview

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will support the Director of F&B in managing all dining and beverage operations across the resort. This role requires a highly strategic leader with strong operational expertise, pre-opening experience, and a passion for delivering elevated culinary and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of F&B in leading all restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations.

• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction through innovation and excellence.

• Oversee pre-opening planning, including outlet design, recruitment, and SOP development.

• Foster strong collaboration between culinary, service, and support teams.

• Mentor, train, and develop future F&B leaders.

• Ensure compliance with Rosewood and Red Sea Global service standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Food & Beverage management, with luxury resort or hotel experience.

• Strong leadership and financial acumen.

• Pre-opening expertise highly preferred.

• Exceptional guest service focus with proven success in team development.
