Role Overview
The Assistant Admin for GM will provide administrative support to the General Manager, handling communications, scheduling, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the GM’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Maintain records and handle confidential information
Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations
Support GM in daily decision-making and follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous administrative experience in hospitality preferred
Excellent MS Office and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
