Role Overview
The Assistant Admin for GM will provide administrative support to the General Manager, handling communications, scheduling, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GM’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence

  • Maintain records and handle confidential information

  • Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations

  • Support GM in daily decision-making and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Previous administrative experience in hospitality preferred

  • Excellent MS Office and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
