Supervisor, Beach Operations – Mamsha Beach, Abu Dhabi

The Supervisor, Beach Operations will oversee the daily operations of beach services, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and a smooth operation. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent leadership skills, and can effectively manage a team in a dynamic environment.

Supervisor, Beach Operations Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the beach staff, including attendants, lifeguards, and service personnel.
• Ensure the beach area is well-maintained, clean, and meets safety and quality standards at all times.
• Greet guests and assist with any special requests or issues, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Monitor beach facilities, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and safely stored after use.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize guest services and team efficiency.
• Train and develop the beach operations team to uphold service excellence and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage, to support seamless operations and guest service.
• Manage scheduling and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Handle any incidents or emergencies promptly and in accordance with safety protocols.
• Provide feedback and report on guest satisfaction, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in beach or leisure operations within a luxury resort or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of beach safety and first aid certifications is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to work in an outdoor environment and perform duties that may require lifting and standing for extended periods.
