As our Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in:

• Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes menu development, recipe creation, cost control, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency are met in all dishes.
• Leading and motivating the culinary team. You will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen during service. This includes overseeing food preparation, plating, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-end Indian cuisine restaurant.
• A deep understanding of modern Indian culinary techniques and flavors.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will be able to effectively motivate and inspire your team while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and planning skills. You will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
