SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Digital Marketing Job Description

Binghatti Holding is seeking a talented SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Digital Marketing professional to join our team. As an SEO – Digital Marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing our digital presence across search engines and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website ranking, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility across search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization, content enhancement, and link building initiatives.
  3. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to align with targeted keywords, user intent, and search engine algorithms, and ensure compliance with SEO best practices and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to create SEO-friendly content, landing pages, and multimedia assets that engage users, drive conversions, and improve search engine performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs, and leverage insights to track progress, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  6. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building, guest blogging, social media optimization (SMO), and online reputation management (ORM), to build domain authority, credibility, and brand awareness.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in SEO and digital marketing, and proactively research and experiment with new tools, tactics, and strategies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to communicate key SEO metrics, campaign results, and actionable insights to stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Content, Design, and Development, to integrate SEO best practices into website design, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives, and foster a culture of SEO awareness and excellence.
  10. Keep abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to SEO, privacy, and data protection, and ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines, including GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements:

  • Emirati Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or SEO certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, implementation, and optimization across diverse industries and markets.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Yoast SEO, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices, with knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, schema markup, and structured data markup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts, findings, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, creative thinking, and willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt to evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and technologies.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing, continuous learning, and driving measurable results through innovative SEO strategies and tactics.
