Bab Al Qasr Hotel, a beacon of luxury and excellence in hospitality, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the hotel’s continued success in a competitive market.


Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market segments, including corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Bab Al Qasr Hotel and secure new business.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and group objectives.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and events, to align sales strategies with overall hotel goals.
  • Contract Negotiation and Revenue Management:
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
    • Monitor and manage sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Represent Bab Al Qasr Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales calls to enhance the hotel’s reputation and visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
