Sales Ambassador – Dubai

Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Ambassadors for Alabbar Enterprises and another esteemed company. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the company and its products/services in a professional and engaging manner to potential customers.
  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  5. Participate in sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
  7. Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  10. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and product/service improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  9. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  10. Prior experience in luxury retail or upscale hospitality is an advantage.
