Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train, motivate, and oversee restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Assist in creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
