Restaurant Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and introduce innovative dining concepts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
