Reservation Agent: Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences from the very first interaction? Millennium Place Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Reservation Agent at Millennium Place Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, playing a key role in securing bookings and ensuring a smooth reservation process. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service and ensure guests choose Millennium Place Dubai for their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with making room reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about room availability, rates, hotel facilities, and special packages.
• Secure reservations by efficiently processing guest information and payment details.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings and accommodation.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management.   
• Process modifications and cancellations of reservations according to hotel policies.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to develop reservation skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reservations role within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in hotel reservation systems (PMS).
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
