Real Estate Broker (Off Plan / Secondary) Metropolitan Group

Job Description: Metropolitan Group is currently seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers specializing in off-plan and Secondary market sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify off-plan and secondary market opportunities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in line with their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and property values.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, preferably specializing in off-plan and Secondary market sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends in the UAE.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
