  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  2. Execution Management: Lead and supervise all aspects of facility management projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes and meet project deliverables within budgetary constraints.
  5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with facility management projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement proactive measures to minimize project disruptions and delays.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold service standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  7. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial resources effectively to optimize project profitability and cost-efficiency.
  8. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, direction, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
  9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and compliance records. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in facility management projects.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate diverse project teams.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations applicable to facility management projects.
  7. PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
  8. Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the UAE market is advantageous.
