Pastry Chef Job Description

Atelier House Hospitality, Sindalah, KSA, is currently seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. If you have a creative flair, a passion for pastry arts, and the ability to deliver high-quality desserts and baked goods, we want to hear from you.


  1. Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
  2. Develop new pastry recipes and innovative dessert presentations to enhance the dining experience.
  3. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items produced.
  4. Oversee the pastry kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  5. Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.


  1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
  2. Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary institution.
  3. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods.
  4. Creativity and innovation in pastry design and presentation.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
