Address Beach Resort Bahrain is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our various dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all dining outlets within the resort, including restaurants, bars, and lounges.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor and evaluate outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  2. Team Leadership and Training:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism among team members.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to communicate goals, objectives, and operational updates.
  3. Guest Experience Enhancement:
    • Ensure that all guest interactions meet or exceed the resort’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.
    • Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and differentiate the resort’s dining outlets from competitors.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage outlet budgets, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and cost control measures.
    • Monitor sales performance and profitability, analyzing financial data and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
    • Collaborate with the resort’s financial team to prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
