Office Engineer – Alqouz, Dubai
Job Summary: The Office Engineer will be responsible for providing support in administrative and operational tasks related to construction projects. This role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and records.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the review and processing of project invoices, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs).
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support the project team in resolving technical and administrative issues as they arise.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in construction project administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
