Multi Venue Manager (F&B Service) – Grandeur Hotel Dubai

Grandeur Hotel Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi Venue Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B venues within the hotel.
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
  • Manage and train F&B staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, including cost control and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
