MEP Draftsman – Hire Hub International Dubai

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team at a leading Interior Designing Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and designing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and designs for fit-out projects based on project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with the Fitout Engineer, architects, and project teams to integrate MEP systems into overall design plans.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes, client feedback, or site conditions.
• Ensure all MEP designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure proper implementation of MEP systems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to the project team during construction phases.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in interior fitout or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is an advantage.
