Binghatti Holding is seeking talented Emirati Nationals to join our team as Luxury Projects Marketing Managers. As a Luxury Projects Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our luxury projects and enhance brand visibility in the market. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for luxury projects to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, and leverage insights to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Design, and Development, to define project positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and digital assets, to showcase luxury projects and engage prospective buyers.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase online visibility and drive traffic to project websites.
- Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to showcase luxury projects, engage with potential buyers, and nurture client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track lead generation and conversion rates, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media partners, advertising agencies, and industry influencers, to amplify brand presence and secure favorable coverage.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury real estate marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to differentiate Binghatti Holding’s projects in the market.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, set clear objectives and KPIs, and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in luxury real estate marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing management roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury projects, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, website analytics, social media management, and email marketing software.
- Creative thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business impact.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
