Grandeur Hotel Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen In Charge to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
  • Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary, and managing food costs to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, striving to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the front office and F&B service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative culinary techniques and trends to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and a passion for food and hospitality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
