Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 4-7 years in the IT field with specific expertise in the Vista system.
• Specific Experience: Must have more than 3 years of experience with the Vista system (Cinema).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Software Management: Manage Play Cinema software programs, including development, installation, maintenance, support, upgrades, and training employees.
• Needs Identification: Identify software application needs for Play Cinema functions based on departmental feedback.
• User Account Management: Responsible for creating, changing, and deleting user accounts as requested.
• Data Security: Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability for all departments within Play Cinema.
• Application Development and Integration: Ensure development and installation of reliable applications, networks, and databases for all core and support functions. Manage the technical integration of existing and new e-services.
• Documentation: Ensure all workflows, technical standards, and processes are thoroughly documented in policy-specific manuals.
• End User Training: Provide training to all end users on various applications.
• Technical Support: Act as a help desk for all other departments, providing technical support for software issues.
• Online Systems Support: Provide IT support for the online ticketing system, on-site kiosks, and mobile applications.
• Integration Handling: Manage the integration process between the Front-Office application (VISTA) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) as directed by the IT Director.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the organization’s website, coordinating with the IT Director, movie marketing, and brand marketing functions for content uploads.
• Software Monitoring: Conduct periodic checks to ensure the continued effective running of software applications and proactively address any issues.
• Software Upgrades: Continuously recommend software upgrades to various software applications used in Play Cinema, aligning with the company’s evolving business and security needs.
• Purchase Requests: Develop purchase requests for required software and communicate with the IT Director and Procurement Administration Department to process these requests.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate relationships with third-party developers, vendors, and service providers.
• Hardware Coordination: Work with the Hardware IT Officer to determine memory requirements and hardware specifications needed for new software and systems.
