Job Opportunity: HR Officer / Generalist Location: Dubai, UAE Nationality: Any Salary: AED 6K to 8K

Job Description: We are seeking an HR Officer / Generalist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and policy adherence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting recruitment efforts and overseeing new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Managing employee termination procedures.
  • Handling payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with managers to address HR needs.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing advisory services to management on HR-related issues.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience in HR policies and management.
  • Ability to develop job descriptions and manage employee relations.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations.
  • Degree or qualification in HR management or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
