HR Coordinator – Al Aabdi Holding, Dubai Investment Park

HR Coordinator Job Description: Al Aabdi Holding is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to commence work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
  3. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  4. Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  5. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and issues.
  7. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  8. Handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently and effectively.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
  8. Immediate availability to join is highly desirable.
