HR Administrator – Quick Drive Rent

Quick Drive Rent is seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a background in the car rental industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations within the car rental industry.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the car rental industry.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR administration within the car rental industry in the UAE is required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to the car rental sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
