Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager 

EcoPure Facility Management is currently hiring for the positions of Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Soft Services, particularly in housekeeping management.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in handling fleet operations.
  • Experience in managing common areas, inside units, and community spaces.


Housekeeping Manager:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping operations.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and supervision of housekeeping staff.
  • Support the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and follow-ups to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping team members.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations.
