As a Head Chef at Karma Kafé, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional dining experiences. Your role will involve crafting authentic and creative dishes that reflect the essence of Asian and Japanese culinary traditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to consistently deliver outstanding dishes.
  • Develop innovative menus, ensuring an optimal balance of flavors, textures, and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, from ingredient sourcing to plating techniques.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collaborate with management to drive culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.


  • Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Head Chef, specializing in Asian and Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate the kitchen team.
  • Expertise in menu development, recipe creation, and food cost management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Asian and Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Creativity and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.
