Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, providing a memorable first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the guest service desk and lobby area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
