Front Office Manager: Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Dubai? Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is seeking a talented individual to join us as a Front Office Manager.


  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, including reservation systems and front office procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
