Front Office Manager – Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the front office department, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
  2. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  3. Train, supervise, and support front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and night auditors.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any feedback or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient communication.
  6. Manage room inventory and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  7. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to front office operations.
  8. Conduct regular audits of front office procedures and systems to maintain high standards of service quality.
  9. Prepare and analyze front office reports, including occupancy rates, revenue forecasts, and guest satisfaction scores.
  10. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations for front office staff.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
  6. Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
  7. UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations and customs preferred.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
