Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa, situated in Seef, is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Female Front Office Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Office Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Front Office Agent – Female Job Description


  1. Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
  2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
  3. Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in the hotel management system.
  4. Process payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, following established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area, to create a positive first impression for guests.
  6. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
  7. Coordinate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with recommendations and assistance during their stay.
  9. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management as needed and following up to ensure resolution.
  10. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.


  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
