Front Desk Associate: Prestige Luxury is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate who is fluent in both Russian and English. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Front Desk Associate Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services:
    • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  2. Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
    • Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and payment transactions.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of guest requests and maintenance issues.
    • Complete daily reports and shift summaries to document guest interactions and operational activities.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management in both Russian and English languages.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
    • Handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  4. Teamwork and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
    • Work closely with colleagues to provide support during busy periods and assist with cross-functional tasks as needed.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating respect, cooperation, and teamwork.


  • Fluency in both Russian and English languages is essential.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
