About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent at Millennium Place Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their stay. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient, courteous, and prompt service to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, process check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage guest inquiries and requests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and room assignments within the hotel’s operating system.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty programs.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in hotel reservation and management software.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
